Ethiopia Guji Grade 2 Natural

Ethiopia is often celebrated as the birthplace of coffee, with a rich history and deep cultural significance tied to its coffee production.  Indigenous Ethiopian coffee is the most genetically diverse of any growing region in the world and this means that it plays a crucial role in the resilience of coffee cultivation around the world. The genetic diversity and the unique agroclimates contribute to the unique and complex flavours of Ethiopian coffee. Regions like Sidamo, Yirgacheffe, and Harrar are particularly famous for their distinct profiles, which can range from bright and floral to winy and fruity.
