We love variety. ZUKA Green always carries a size-able list of coffee of various origins, varietals, qualities & processes. We have decided to categorize our coffees broadly by both traceability and quality. Among other things the name ZUKA means to rise up, and we were toying with the idea of taking customers on a journey, as if you were ascending one of the world’s mountains. As you climb, the visibility improves and the air is cleaner. If you look at our ZUKA icon in our logo you will see the Green field, the red Cherry and the blue Sky. And so as the bean rises up in the icon, we invite customers to come on a journey with us and ascend up to higher visibility and quality. We also liked the sound of ‘Green Cherry Sky’! It could have been the name of a hit song by the Beatles!

They can be used to enhance the quality of a Green Approach blend, or when blended with other Cherry Approach coffees can create a premium blend for your offering. Flavourful and versatile, they can stand on their own as stellar single origin coffees.
